Come one come all!  Moanalua Elementary School has commissioned a mural to be painted on the side of the Administration Building and the back side of the Library.  The picture you see is the sketch done by the artist.  The artist, Jessica Orfe, picture tells the story of Moanalua past and present.  Mr. Aaron Okumura, Principal of MES, wants to make his school the center of the community.

Below is the schedule for the beginning of March.  This project is scheduled to continue and finish on April 22.

Come out and be a part of this historical event.  Even if you put one stroke of paint on the wall, you can say you were a part of its creation.

The schedule is by classes, so if you want to paint with 5 year olds, or 10 year olds, you can pick the age according to the schedule and enjoy yourself and the children as you bring this mural to life.
